House Rules
Check-in and Check-out: Follow the specified check-in and check-out times to facilitate a smooth transition for everyone.
CHECK-IN: 01:00 PM ; CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
Quite Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a low noise level to ensure everyone’s rest.
No Smoking: Our property is a “non-smoking” zone. Please respect this policy in common areas and rooms.
Cleanliness and Order: Contribute to keeping common areas neat and clean. If you use the kitchen or other shared spaces, remember to clean up after yourself.
Cooking: Our kitchenette is equipped with essentials for LIGHT COOKING ONLY. Refrain from cooking foul smell food like fish and shrimp paste, etc.
Pool Rules
Operating Hours: From 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.
Swimming Attire: Proper swimming attire is required in the pool. All persons should wear clothing designed as swim wear. No cut-off clothing is permitted in the pool. Swimming fully clothed can be dangerous and is not permitted.
- Allowed swimming attire for female swimmer/s:
- Swim wear, including wetsuits
- Bathing suits
- Rash guard
- Allowed swimming attire for male swimmer/s:
- Swimming trunks
- Board shorts
- Rash guard
For the Kiddos: Diapered children and/or infants are not allowed.
